Solarzip® Vertical Blinds

The addition of a Solarzip® outdoor blind to your louvre roof provides added protection from inclement weather, breezes and damaging UV rays, and it will also ensure privacy from anyone looking into the property.

Modern outdoor screen fabrics are designed to minimise the effects of wind and bad weather while allowing light to pass through without obstructing the view. The semi-translucent fabric allows for clear viewing through lowered drop-down screens from the inside but restricts prying eyes from the outside.

Sidetracks are fitted onto the support legs/beams, which encapsulate the edges of the outdoor blind; this holds the screens firmly in place and helps guide the screen for effortless opening and closing. Optional wind sensors are available that will detect potentially damaging winds and automatically roll the drop-down screens away. The motorised operation of the drop-down screens can be programmed into the same remote control that is used to operate the HomePlus louvre roof.
