Definitions
The ‘Promoter’ is HOMEPLUS
‘Disqualified Participants’ are: All HomePlus & Juralco employees and their immediate families. ‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, Siblings, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren.
Entry
Where multiple, entries (request a quote emails sent) are made, each must be made separately.
Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Rules and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority (for example the bill payer or owner) to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion is open to New Zealand Residents only. Disqualified Participants may not enter the Promotion.
By participating, entrants grant HomePlus permission to use their names and photographs, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date and will be held by HomePlus and may be used for the purpose of the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes unless otherwise directed by entrants at the time of entry.
Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of email notification – active, through to and beyond the date of the Promotion’s completion.
Winning the Prize
Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize (‘the Winner’).
The Winner will be determined by a random prize draw as determined by HomePlus.
The Judge’s determination of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Participants must be proceeding with a HomePlus quote to be eligible. If the randomly selected participant is not going ahead with work at the time of the draw, HomePlus has the right to redraw.
The Winner will be notified through the HomePlus store they requested a quote form by email, phone (voice or text) or mail. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (e.g. when the Winner cannot be contacted by phone after three attempts or mail sent is returned) the Judge will select another winner.
Receipt of the prize is upon acceptance of the job quote from HomePlus, in the form of $1000 value including GST deducted from the customised HomePlus quote.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf.
HomePlus Responsibility
HomePlus reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
HomePlus takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, or acts of God or otherwise.
Acceptance
Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
