This fantasy home, built on a handpicked section, has impeccable attention to detail to make the owners dream come true.
As a resident in the area, this canny homeowner saw nearby waterfront sections being snapped up, but she knew exactly which section was for her. Positioned on the north facing harbour, the section has phenomenal views and is naturally sheltered by the nearby harbour inlet and channel.
Based on a house design she saw in Noosa, the homeowner’s top priority was for an open plan design that focuses on the stunning views. From the front door, through the entrance atrium and into the lounge, the view is front and centre. Through large glass doors which are mostly thrown open, the line is blurred between the inside and outside. The entranceway, deck and lounge are all at the same level for seamless movement between each area.
